My Favorite Advice from Durana Elmi of Cymbiotika

Tunnel Vision is a super power, especially when it comes to manifesting: when your energy is so pure and focused, you can manifest anything you put your mind to.

If it was easy to accomplish something great, everyone would do it: The sooner you accept that everything along the path isn’t always going BE or FEEL great, the better off you are. With the journey to greatness comes hardship, failures, and people targeting you in one way or another – but accept it and remember, these experiences just makes you stronger.

Don’t give your power away – especially to Social Media: If social media is getting into your head, call your power back. One way to do this is to take more time to focus on your story and your vision. Ask yourself:

What are you doing to build your life?

How are you showing up in your life?

Words are SO powerful, especially for children: Instead of brushing off an explanation because “oh, kids don’t get it” remember: kids will understand to the level that you can present and communicate something to them.

Make Your Evening Glass of Wine Intentional: While enjoying your glass of wine, reflect on your day:What went right? How can you propel those things forward? What can you learn from what went wrong?

*And don’t forget to take your Cymbiotika glutathione, a master antioxidant that is amazing for your liver.

Listen to Positive Affirmations While Doing Your Evening Skincare and Red light Therapy: If you don’t have any specific ones committed to memory, she recommends pulling up positive affirmations on YouTube!

The word Self Love is a mouthful, but to Durana it is: discipline, effort, and time to show up for yourself – even when it’s hard. (I love this reminder, especially!)

Success is Not Linear. Take Risks and Embrace Failure: If you look around at the people deemed successful, most of them have failed way more times than they have been successful. Stay true to your ethos and your vision and don’t give up!

Ultimately remember : No one writes your story, but YOU.
