Transition to Fall with Free People Sweaters

free people fashion blog cathclaire

I wore my oversized, very much made-for-cold-weather Free People sweater this weekend for a date night with my husband at Acacia Midtown in RVA. The weather couldn’t have been farther away from fall temperatures despite the September date on the calendar but I could not help myself. The easy street sweater from Free People is so comfy and cozy and well, worth wearing in the heat.

I have been finding myself gravitating to Free People as I wish for fall temperatures because they really nail the oversized sweater number. I have my eye on a few and I have rounded them all up for you today in this post. Transition to fall with comfy, cozy Free People sweaters. PS If you like the one I am wearing in these pictures, scoop it QUICK. It’s selling like wildfire.

I’m so ready for sweater weather over here! But it was in the 90s again today so I might have to wait a minute…

I have never bought anything from Free People because I’m a mom of 6 on a budget, but I eye them ALL the time! Most beautiful clothing line ever!

I cannot wait for sweater weather! It’s not quite there yet. I went out in one last weekend and ended up overheating. Something magical about fall.
