The Human Design Manifestor Effect with Professional Numerologist & Author Kaitlyn Kaerhart

If you’ve ever been curious about my human design or how to interpret your own human design chart, this episode of the Manifest with Cathclaire Podcast will feel like a breath of fresh air. I had the opportunity to sit down with Professional Numerologist, Author, Musician, and fellow Manifestor, Kaitlyn Kaerhart, for a high-vibe conversation about identity, energy, and the tools that help us live in alignment.

Meeting Kaitlyn Kaerhart

Kaitlyn is the author of You Are Cosmic Code: Essential Numerology, a musician, and a voice in both astrology and Human Design. What makes her perspective so refreshing is her ability to bridge creativity with esoteric wisdom—she uses numbers, charts, and music as tools, while never losing sight of the fact that we are creators of our own lives.

We first connected on Instagram (proof that social media can foster genuine connections when used intentionally). Talking with Kaitlyn felt less like an interview and more like calling an old friend. That comfort allowed us to dive into Human Design in a way that felt approachable, real, and empowering.

Manifestors in Human Design

For anyone new to the system: in Human Design, there are five energy types—Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. Manifestors, like Kaitlyn and me, make up less than 10% of the population. We’re often described as initiators—people who spark ideas, projects, and movements.

With that power comes challenges. Our auras are sometimes perceived as “repelling,” and we can feel misunderstood. Yet, as Kaitlyn reminded me, over-identifying with any chart or label can limit you. Your Human Design chart is a tool—not a prison.

Key Takeaways from Our Conversation

Here are some of my favorite insights Kaitlyn shared during our talk:

  1. Exercise cleanses your energy body.
Instead of seeing exercise as “burning calories,” think of it as clearing stuck energy. Movement resets your system so your spirit can shine through.
  2. Affirmations can rewire your subconscious.
Kaitlyn shared a powerful affirmation from Jasmoon:
“My being-ness and my words are conduits of miraculous healing. They are highly valuable and highly compensated.”
Speaking affirmations aloud (especially for Manifestors, who are designed to inform with their voice) creates resonance on a deep level.
  3. Attention to a Higher Dimension.
When your thoughts feel scattered like ping-pong balls, don’t default to labeling them as a distraction or ADHD. Consider instead that your awareness may simply be opening to a higher dimension of focus.
  4. Alone time is productive time.
For Manifestors especially, spending time alone isn’t selfish—it’s necessary. Solitude clears away other people’s energy so you can reconnect with your own inner voice.
  5. Tools are not the truth.
Human Design charts, birth charts, numerology, tarot—these are all maps. They can guide you, but they’re not meant to box you in. If you ever feel like a tool is limiting your self-trust, step away until your intuition feels louder again.

Kaitlyn’s Journey as a Creator

Beyond numerology and Human Design, Kaitlyn is a musician. Her song Heart of Stone was born from a voice memo moment at the piano and later developed into a powerful track. She also wrote her book during the pandemic while living in North Carolina—proof that unexpected shifts in environment can fuel creativity.

Her story reminds us that following the flow of life (instead of clinging to rigid plans) often opens the door to our most aligned creations.

My Own Human Design Reflection

As a Manifestor myself, I resonated deeply with Kaitlyn’s reminder that we can do things quickly and powerfully, but we also need to honor our cycles of rest. There’s magic in moving fast when the energy is there, and wisdom in pausing when it isn’t.

If you’re exploring your own human design chart, remember: the chart offers insight, but you hold the authority. Use the information to empower your choices, not dictate them.

An Invitation to Listen

Human Design, numerology, and astrology are not about predicting the future—they’re about tuning into the energy you carry and choosing how to direct it. Whether you’re diving into my human design as a Manifestor or learning your own human design chart for the first time, remember: you are the creator of your reality.

Like Kaitlyn said, these systems are empowering tools—but your intuition is the loudest guide of all.
