Since I have been pregnant the past 9 months, I have been playing with makeup + beauty self care products more than ever. Even though I did a roundup of beauty products for 2019 a couple of months ago, don’t worry, I have plenty of new ones to add to my list of faves due to my pregnancy makeup/beauty product obsession! LOL
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder: Let me preface this beauty product note with the fact that I generally hate full face powders. I am not into the caked on or matte look, which is the look most full face powders create in my experience. ENTER: Hourglass ambient light powder. This stuff is the bees knees, I could put it on for hours and not feel like my makeup is too caked on. Okay, maybe that is a slight exaggeration but you get the point. It looks so nice, diffuses light just the right way, and makes my skin feel amazing!

Loreal Voluminous Lash Primer + Mascara: I go through mascara so fast. I fast forward through mascara partly because I think it dries out quickly and partly because I find a brand new tube of mascara weirdly satisfying. That being said, it is best for my bank account (I am always trying to stack dollar, dollar bills) if I stay within drugstore brands for mascara on the reg. For drugstore mascara, I love the Loreal Voluminous Primer and mascara combo. The primer not only hydrates my lashes but also adds a beautiful boost for my mascara! It brings my lashes to life without the hassle of falsies.
RMS Living Luminzer: My favorite part of my makeup routine is the last step and for me, that is brushing on a balmy, illuminating highlighter. It makes me feel like a true artist (LOL) and adds just the right amount of glow. It is a great product with or without a full face of makeup: on your face or on your collarbone, this stuff is the bees knees!
La Mer The Renewal Body Oil Balm: A self proclaimed sucker for La Mer anything, this La Mer Renewal Body Oil Balm is no exception. This makes post shower pampering feels so luxurious, not to mention its perfect for my baby bump!

Kosa Sport Hyaluronic Lip Balm in color “Rush” : Not only is this lip balm formula ultra hydrating, but it also provides just the right amount of color for your lips with no mirror needed. I have been looking and looking for a lip color product that is easy to apply and this Kosa Lip balm hits all the marks! Highly recommend it.
Pai Light Work Rosehip Cleansing Oil: I was turned onto this cleansing oil by my friend Alex and I picked it up locally in Richmond at Boketto Wellness. (Remember, the place that has the best facials in RVA. ) It is a lovely cleansing oil that is organic (smells divine) and manages to remove every ounce of makeup on my face! Oh, and Kourtney Kardashian loves it too.
Tarte Shape Tape: It took me awhile to come around to this product because of the consistency. It is a very thick concealer, hence the name, but if you use it for contouring and lightly under your eyes – it can be magical. This concealer isn’t fool proof in terms of application but one thing is for sure, it is full coverage.
Ouai Melrose Place Parfum: Raise your hand if you love a fresh rose-y perfume? While that is 100% true for me, I also love the scent of the Ouai products by Jen Atkin……so I bought the perfume. I am obsessed with it, something about this scent smells nostalgic and I can’t quite put my finger on why. Even better? It’s under $60.
Like I said, I have been buying and trying beauty prods like crazy during this pregnancy. IDK what came over me! I hope you enjoyed my roundup of Winter Beauty Product Favorites. See more beauty faves here.
