That reminds me, I need to start manifesting that every Four Seasons getaway (whether its with Reb for The Crystal Press or with Kevin) is at least a full week long like said honeymoon. Universe, are you listening?
When I ordered this fascia blaster tool, part of me thought that it was too good to true. I was hesitant because all of those serums and lotions that advertise getting rid of or “reducing” cellulite have never worked for me in the past. In fact, I had made a habit of ignoring these products until the fascia blaster came along. The part of the advertisement for this tool by Ashley Black that hooked me was how the tools use was broken down. Black explained that cellulite is essentially a “knot” in our fascia – like a knot in our hair. The knot in your hair doesn’t go away until you comb it out so how do we expect our cellulite to go away from losing weight, a serum, or a workout? Her solution: a comb for your fascia aka the FASCIA BLASTER.
So I know your wondering – how does this bad boy work? It’s simpler than one would think, all you have to do is RAKE your body with the fascia blaster. The key is to never fascia blast in circles – only up and down, side to side, or in a diagonal direction. If you fascia blast in circles, it contributes to the knot instead of detangling it.
I usually use my fascia blaster for about 15-20 mins after a workout and hot shower, because Ashley Black recommends using the tool when your skin is warm. The warm temp of your skin facilitates the process and helps build healthier fascia. (Make sure to use an oil (coconut oil works great!) of sorts when fascia blasting.) Not only have I seen a huge improvement on my own skin, but I also sleep better after using it. I can tell it gets my lymph flowing, like a massage.

I am beyond obsessed with this tool and am really impressed that it actually shows results in getting rid of cellulite. This is not sponsored by the way, just a tool I genuinely use. Here are some photos of before and after from fascia blasting website.
PS I saw Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian using this tool on their butts in a a Keeping Up with The Kardashians episode. If they use it, it has to be legit, right?
