Dr. Joe Dispenza provides some of my favorite guided meditations. He is the first teacher that taught me the undeniable benefits of meditation and has inspired me to meditate longer than 20 minutes.
At his workshops, I have done 4 hours at a time. At home, I have gotten up to 2 hours and 20 minutes – all with his guided meditations. I don’t say this to brag or put too much emphasis on the amount of time a personal meditation is, I say this to emphasize how powerful his work has been in my life. My Meditation Essentials:
I began doing Dr. Joe’s meditation called “Turning Your Love Inward” for women and mothers consistently in January of 2019. This meditation almost always brings me to happy tears and is a whopping 20 minutes long. He created this meditation specifically for those who do not have the time to meditate for 2 hours a day and if you listen to his explanation – included with the purchase of this meditation for women – you will hear the most beautiful intention!
I highly recommend this meditation for mothers and those who are desiring to become mothers themselves. It helped me connect with a part of myself that I didn’t even know existed and helped me embark on my pregnancy journey. I still listen to this meditation as I navigate this new journey with baby Phoenix and find it beyond magical!
